Congratulations to two of my Mindful Life Coaching  clients -Paris and Cartier Vasta for their fantastic results at the National Age swimming championships in Sydney. 

Cartier moved up 9 places in her ranking and scored a personal best in her 100 breaststroke. Paris won a Silver medal for her 100 breaststroke and a GOLD medal for her 200 metre breaststroke. She also knocked more than two seconds off her personal best time!! Watch out for her trials for the National team at the WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP trials soon.
